Applications are now open for the 2009 UNDP Asia Pacific Human Development Fellowships. There are two types of Fellowships to apply for - Media or Academic - to support building of HD capacity among nationals from programme countries.
This year the theme for the Media Fellowship is ‘Gender’, linked to the forthcoming APHDR which will contribute to dissemination. The theme for the Academic Fellowship is ‘Climate Change’ to encourage researchers to focus on the theme selected for the APHDR to follow Gender.
Interested prospective students should submit their applications by September 1st, 2009. Applications should be submitted by email to
